Since 1989, Nike was supplying city-dwellers and explorers alike all-terrain, weatherproof footwear choices beneath the All States Gear (ACG) line.
While competitive grip and GORE-TEX uppers are mainstays of their sub-brand, the previous couple of years has witnessed that the ACG range have a far more lifestyle approach -- maybe best illustrated by last year's React Terra Gobe along with Air Moc 3.0. However, the newly published Air Terra Antarktik is a death from those more casual alternatives.
Constructed tall, the newest version shares DNA using all the Terra Zaherra -- especially the jutting heels also looks like Nike's tactial SFB set however, the Antarktik requires its weatherproofing a step farther. Inspired by the sleeves winter coats, ripstop uppers are lined with GORE-TEX and contain a Velcro enclosure secure and to maintain your feet comfy. Branding along with details are sprinkled to give visibility. Through testing in Oregon, Nike assessed the drag settings and tread to make sure its version would defy surroundings and even the surfaces. In three colorways including olives blacks, whites, and yellows, the Antarktik is starting despite its own attributes.
